化工园区H2S泄漏人员最优疏散路径规划
Optimal evacuation route planning of hydrogen sulfide leakage for chemical industry park

【摘要】 针对H2S泄漏后单出口人员疏散问题,提出一种最优疏散路径规划方法。以某化工园区为例,考虑毒气浓度和人员密度的影响,基于H2S泄漏扩散计算结果,采用Maklink法建立不同浓度事故影响范围的人员疏散路径规划模型,借助Dijkstra算法生成初始次优路径,进一步利用蚁群算法生成最短路径。通过对比不同人员密度下各疏散路径所用疏散时间,最终确定全局最优疏散路径。研究结果表明:H2S临界浓度为200ppm时,起始点S2到终点E1的最短路径疏散效果最佳,该研究结果可为化工园区应急疏散提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at evacuation of single-exit after hydrogen sulfide leakage,an optimal evacuation route planning method is proposed.Taking a chemical industry park as an illustration,the effects of toxic gas concentration and personnnel density are considered.Route planning model with different concentration distribution regions are established based on Maklink method,which integrate prediction result of hydrogen sulfide leakage and diffusion.Then Dijkstra algorithm is used to generate initial suboptimal routes and ant colony optimization algorithm is further used to generate optimal evacuation routes.By comparing the evacuation time of each evacuation route under different density of people,the global optimal evacuation route is finally determined.The results showed that the shortest route from initial point S2 to end point E1 has the best evacuation effect when critical concentration of hydrogen sulfide diffusion is 200 ppm,also provided references for emergency evacuation in chemical industry park.
