基于虚拟现实技术的应急逃生培训评估模型

【摘要】 为了提高人员应急疏散逃生能力,应用贝叶斯网络和虚拟现实(VR)技术,研究应急行为培训评估定量评估方法。基于柯式四级评估模型,构建人员应急行为影响因子评估指标体系并发展应急行为培训定量评估模型,将培训测试中问卷选择题答案和VR应急疏散环境下参与者行为作为证据节点,利用贝叶斯理论的后验推理能力实现培训效果的量化评估,为培训方法、组织程序、培训目标及内容的改进提供依据。本文将评估方法应用于海洋平台应急逃生培训评估,结果表明:个体在紧急情况下对知识意愿与行为的转化能力有限;海洋平台应急疏散培训中的重点步骤为将设备调至安全状态、穿戴救生衣和在疏散过程中收集人员及设备信息。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the ability of emergency evacuation,the evaluation model of emergency behavior training has been studied.Based on the Kirkpatrick four-level Evaluation model,this paper applies virtual reality(VR) and Bayesian network to establish a quantitative evaluation model for offshore platform emergency evacuation training.An evaluation index system based on the impact factor of personnel’s emergency behavior was constructed and the learning layer and the behavioral layer Bayesian network were constructed by dividing the evidence nodes into questionnaire multiple-choice answers and VR test participants’ behaviors to achieve the systematic and quantitative evaluation of the training effect.The research shows that individuals have limited ability to transform knowledge willingness and behavior in emergency situations.The key of evacuation training on offshore platform are to adjust equipment to safety state,wear life jackets and collect personnel and equipment information during evacuation.The evaluation results can provide a basis for the improvement of training methods,organizational procedures,training objectives and contents.
