【摘要】 采用两种处理方法对家兔进行了超数排卵研究。结果表明:PMSG-HCG法处理的母兔卵巢上的平均排卵点数极显著(P<0.01)高于PMSG法,而PMSG-HCG法的平均囊肿卵泡数与平均卵泡数则显著(P<0.05)低于PMSG法;两种方法间的平均卵泡发育数则差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明PMSG-HCG法的超排效果明显优于PMSG法。试验还表明,母兔交配后28h采胚所获取的胚胎大多处于二细胞期,到交配后32h,胚胎多处于四细胞期。采用PMSG-HCG法进行超排处理,对家兔的胚胎发育无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two methods were applied to research the superovulation of Rabbits.The results showed that the average number of the ovulation points on the ovaries of the rabbits using PMSG-HCG method were exaremely different(P<0.01)from those of PMSG method,and the average number of the cystic follicles and follicles of PMSG-HCG method were significant difference(P<0.05) from those of PMSG method.The average number of the developed follicles of the two methods were not significant difference(P>0.05).The superovulated effect of PMSG-HCG method were significantly better than that of PMSG method.The results also showed that most of the gained embryos were in 2-cell stage during 28 hours after the rabbits accepted mating,and in 4-cell stage during 32 hours after the rabbits accepted mating.PMSG-HCG method didn’t influenced upon the development of the rabbits’ embryos when it were applied to study on their superovulation effect.更多还原
