牛源性益生菌的分离鉴定及抑菌性研究

【摘要】 益生菌是指一种可以改善动物肠道菌群平衡,有利于动物生长发育的一种有活性的微生态制剂。该研究从健康新鲜牛粪便中分离菌种,利用形态学和16S rRNA基因扩增测序,并对其中益生菌进行抑菌性试验,从中筛选候选益生菌株。结果表明,所有分离的菌株包括球菌和杆菌,除柠檬酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、产气克雷白(氏)杆菌为革兰氏阴性菌,其余均为革兰氏阳性菌;这些菌株依次为1株假肠膜明串株菌,3株粪肠球菌,2株海氏肠球菌,3株屎肠球菌,1株绿浅气球菌,3株魏斯氏菌,1株类鸟肠球菌,2株产气克雷白(氏)杆菌,1株柠檬酸杆菌,2株枯草芽孢杆菌,3株大肠杆菌,2株甲基营养型芽孢杆菌,2株蜡样芽胞杆菌。其中屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、海氏肠球菌、假肠膜明串株菌都有一定的耐药性。本研究从健康牛的新鲜粪便中分离和筛选益生菌,为后续牛源益生菌的进一步研究提供了候选菌株。

【Abstract】 Probiotics is an active microecological preparation that can improve the balance of the intestinal flora of animals and facilitate the growth and development of animals. In this study, the bacteria were isolated and identified from the feces of healthy cattle, based on morphology and sequencing of 16 S rRNA gene, and the antibacterial activity of some probiotics were carried out. The results of PCR and sequential analysis showed that some bacteria were isolated and identified, and they included 3 strains of Enterococcus faecalis, 2 strains of Enterococcus faecium, 3 strains of Enterococcus faecium, 1 strain of Phytophthora sp., 3 strains of Weiss spp., 1 strain of Enterococcus, 2 strains Klebsiella pneumoniae, 1 strain of Citrobacter sp., 2 strains of Bacillus subtilis, 3 strains of Escherichia coli, 2 strains of Methylotrophic Bacillus, 2 strains of Bacillus cereus. Among them, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecalis, and pseudo-intestinal strains have certain drug resistance. The candidate probiotics strains lay a foundation of further research on animal microecological preparation.
