复方中草药添加剂对种公兔繁殖性能的影响
Effect of the Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additive on the Male Rabbit Dreeding

【摘要】 选取30只种公兔随机分为3组,Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加1%配方一中草药,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加1%配方二中草药,对照组饲喂基础日粮。研究中草药添加剂对种公兔精液品质的影响。结果表明:用药后一周至停药后一周,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组公兔采精量、精子活率及精子密度与用药前及对照组相比均有显著提高(p<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组精子畸形率与用药前及对照组相比均有极显著降低(p<0.01)。停药后二周,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组公兔采精量和精子活率与对照组相比差异不显著(p>0.05),与用药前和用药一周至停药一周相比差异也不显著(p>0.05),精子密度同用药一周至停药一周相比有极显著降低(p<0.01),试验Ⅰ组与用药前差异不显著(p>0.05),试验Ⅱ组与用药前相比有显著提高(p<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组精子畸形率与用药前和用药一周至停药一周相比差异均不显著(p>0.05)。
【Abstract】 Select 30 male rabbits and divided them into three groups randomly, group Ⅰ is added 1% Chinese herbal medicine of formula 1 in the basic diet, Ⅱ group is added 1% Chinese herbal medicine of Formula 2 in the basic diet, the control group fed based diet. Research the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additive on the male rabbit semen quality. Results show that: from use medication a week to stop medication for a week, group Ⅰ, Ⅱ of semen collection, sperm motility rate and sperm density compared with medication before and the control group were significantly increased(p < 0.05), group Ⅰ, Ⅱ of sperm deformity rate compared with medication before and the control group were highly significantly lower(p < 0.01).Two weeks after the drug was stopped, group Ⅰ, Ⅱ of semen collection and live sperm rate have no significant difference compared with control group(p > 0.05), compared with the medication before and the phase use medication a week to stop medication for a week are different not significantly(p > 0.05), sperm density compared with the phase from use medication a week to stop medication for a week have significantly lower(p < 0.01), group Ⅰ have no significant difference compared with before using this drug(p > 0.05), group Ⅱ compared with medication before have significantly increased(p < 0.05);group Ⅰ, Ⅱ of sperm deformity rate have not significant differences compared with medication before and the phase from use medication a week to stop medication for a week(p > 0.05).
