【摘要】 为探明雪兔和家兔Corin基因上的差异,用PCR方法克隆出雪兔Corin基因启动子,并对雪兔、家兔基因启动子序列进行了比对分析、结果显示,成功克隆并拼接出1841bp的Corin基因启动子序列;雪兔Corin基因启动子序列比家兔相应基因缺失了1194个碱基;雪兔这段序列有两个CpG岛且家兔相应基因未发现CpG岛;雪兔Corin基因启动子预测到一些家兔的相应位置没有预测到转录因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the differences between in the Corin gene of mountain hara(lepus timidus) and rabbit, a PCR method was used to clone the Corin gene promoter of the lepus timidus. The genetic promoter sequence of the lepus timidus and rabbit gene was compared and analyzed. And the results showed that the Corin gene promoter sequence of 1841 bp was successfully clone. mountain hara Corin gene promoter sequences corresponding than the rabbit is missing 1194 bases; There are two CpG islands in this sequence and no corresponding.
