【摘要】 口蹄疫仍然是一种重要的动物传染性疾病,动物的生产性能受到影响,给国家畜牧产业带来巨大经济损失。由于骆驼的主要栖息地均在口蹄疫疫区,因此我们非常关注它们是否可作为潜在的病毒携带者将病原体传播给其它易感动物,造成其它种属感染。本文从口蹄疫病毒特性、国内外学者对双峰驼与单峰驼口蹄疫研究概况以及口蹄疫的ELISA和RT-q PCR等多种诊断技术等方面研究进展加以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) remains the single most important animal disease. It is most feared by those countries with a large and efficient livestock industry and production performance is affected, Because the camel living areas it is also a popular disease region, so we are very concerned about whether they can be used as a FMDV library or whether potential carriers. In this paper, the domestic and foreign scholars study on Bactrian camel and dromedary camel foot and mouth disease research summary and camel foot-and-mouth disease virus, ELISA, RT-q PCR and other diagnostic techniques for other aspects of the study were reviewed.更多还原
