大熊猫类牙齿的釉质结构分析

【摘要】 用扫描电镜观察大熊猫类牙齿的釉质结构,其结果如下:1)从元谋始熊猫至现生熊猫,它们的施氏明暗带宽度均为8~12根釉柱。2)从元谋始熊猫到大熊猫小种再到大熊猫巴氏亚种然后至慨生熊猫,釉柱由粗到细,柱间质由厚到薄。3)元谋始熊猫和大熊猫小种的釉质内釉柱截面形态均为1型,而大熊猫巴氏亚种和现生熊猫的釉质内釉柱截面形态除1型外,还有似3a型。因此认为现生熊猫与大熊猫巴氏亚种的亲缘关系较近,大熊猫小种与元谋始熊猫的亲缘关系较近。

【Abstract】 Enamel microstructure of Ailurarctos yuanmoensis Zong in Miocene and Pliocene,Ailuropoda microta Pei in early Pleistocene,A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) in middle and late Pleistocene and Ailuropoda melanoleuca are studied by JSM-6100 SEM,and following results are obtained:1) From Ailurarctos yuanmoensis Zong,Ailuropoda microta Pei,A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) to Ailuropoda melanoleuca,the HSB widths of all these samples are all 8-12 prisms.This indicates that their enamel structures are the same,and hence they all belong to a same class.2) It can be observed from the data in Table 1 that the inner enamel cross sections of A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) and Ailuropoda melanoleuca,especially at the position where the prisms tangle with each other have type 3 a enemel structure besides type 1.Considering the similarities in their enamel cross section structure,we think A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) has a close relationship with Ailuropoda melanoleuca.3) It also can be seen from the data in Table 1 that the change in prisms diameters and IPM thickness presents a kind of rule.From Ailurarctos yuanmoensis Zong,Ailuropoda microta Pei,A melanoluca baconi(Woodward) to Ailuropoda melanoleuca,both the prism diameters and IPM thickness decrease.According to this character,we think that Ailuropoda microta Pei share a closer relationship with Ailurarctos yuanmoensis Zong than A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward),and Ailuropoda melanoleuca has a closer relationship than A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) too.Those results can support the traditional point of view,which thinks that Ailuropoda melanoleuca is developed directly from A.melanoluca baconi(Woodward) in middle or late Pleistocene,and Ailuropoda microta Pei is developed directly from Ailurarctos yuanmoensis Zong.
