拼接波带片的数值仿真
Numerical simulation of the segmented zone plates

【摘要】 根据光学合成孔径和波带片的原理,提出了6种形式拼接波带片,对其成像特性进行了仿真分析,可用于超大口径波带片衍射光学系统的设计和制作。首先介绍了光学合成孔径和波带片的原理,将两者加以融合,确定了望远镜阵列和共次镜型拼接波带片的原理。建立了Golay 3、Golay 6和环带型3种子孔径分布的拼接波带片仿真模型,计算了对应的点扩散函数、填充因子等参数。最后总结了拼接波带片应用于超大口径薄膜光学系统的优势。
【Abstract】 The segmented zone plates was proposed as a solution of the ultra large aperture diffractive remote sensing system,and it make the large aperture zone plates ready to carry out.The principles of the zone plates and optical synthetic aperture were presented in the beginning,while the idea of the segmented zone plates was put forward by the organic combination of the former concepts.The layouts of the segmented zone plates were generated by the specialized mask design program,and the simulation models of segmented zone plates in Golay 3,Golay 6 and ring pattern were built at the following.The point spread function and the filling factors were simulated based on the precedent models,when the advantages of the segmented zone plates were summarized in the end,which could be used for the future light weighted and ultra large aperture diffractive optical system.
