基于效费比的行波管质量与可靠性提升方法

【摘要】 目的:确定底事件改进的优先顺序,实现质量与可靠性提升效费比的最大化。方法:1)利用故障树分析得出故障模式的底事件;2)根据底事件的影响权重,分析计算底事件的风险优先数,并将其作为"效益";3)利用专家打分法确定排除底事件或减少底事件发生概率所需的难易程度或成本,并将其作为"费用";4)计算得出各底事件的效费比。结果:将效费比按从大到小进行排序,此顺序即作为底事件改进的优先顺序。最后结合行波管的特点给出各参数确定的要求。

【Abstract】 Objective: This paper is aimed at determining the priorities of the bottom events and realizing the maximum of quality improvement benefit-cost ratio. Method: 1) By using of FTA, the bottom events of failure mode are concluded. 2) According to the weighting coefficient of the bottom events, the RPN of bottom events, which is regarded as "benefit", is analyzed and calculated.3) The difficulty level or cost of determining the exclusion of bottom events, which is regarded as "cost", is obtained by the expert scoring method. 4) The benefit-cost ratio of bottom events is calculated. Result: Sort the benefit-cost ratio which is calculated from large to small. This order is treat as the improvement priorities of bottom events. Finally, the parameter determination requirements are given in considering of the characteristics of TWT.
