虚实结合的消失模铸造教学与培训系统

【摘要】 针对当前消失模铸造单纯虚拟和真实环境教学及培训的弊端,引入"虚实结合"的实训模式,提出了一种组件化设备的方法,开发了虚实结合的消失模铸造教学与培训系统。系统包含实体设备的技能培训和组件化虚拟系统的知识培训两部分。该系统在一定程度排除了单纯真实环境的高风险、高成本、高能耗等问题,同时有效规避了单纯虚拟环境的真实感觉差、操作技能得不到强化、创新思维容易被抑制的缺点,可以提高消失模铸造教学与培训的质量和效率。
【Abstract】 In view of the disadvantages of teaching and training in pure virtual or actual environment of lost foam casting at present, the "virtual and actual combination" training mode was introduced. The method of component equipment was proposed, and based on this, a teaching and training system of "virtual and actual combination" for Lost Foam Casting was designed. This system includes two parts as entity equipment skill training and the component virtual system knowledge training. The system ruled out problems in pure real environment to a certain extent, such as high risk, high cost and high energy consumption, and effectively avoided the defects in pure virtual circumstance such as the lack of true feelings, short of reinforcing operational skills, and suppressing innovative thinking. This system can improve the quality and efficiency of Lost Foam Casting teaching and training.
