铸造充型两相流模拟并行分区算法

【摘要】 铸造充型气液两相流数值模拟研究存在的主要问题之一是计算速度较慢。本文基于铸造充型过程气液两相流算法,应用MPI并行编程技术,提出了一种新的并行分区算法标准,设计了基于动态规划的区域划分算法,建立了并行分区模型。在充型两相流串行算法的基础上,提出了映射数组法来降低子域间的通信开销,设计了依赖关系复杂的流动场求解过程中子域间的通信步骤,开发了气液两相流数值模拟的并行程序。

【Abstract】 A prominent problem in the numerical simulation study of casting filling two-phase flow is the slow calculation speed. Based on a numerical calculation method of gas-liquid two-phase flow during the mold filling process, a new parallel partitioning algorithm standard is proposed by using MPI parallel programming technology. A region-based algorithm based on dynamic programming is designed and a parallel partition model is established. A parallel program for gas-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation is desinged and developed. A mapping array method is proposed to reduce the communication overhead between sub-domains. The communication steps between sub-domains in the process of solving the complex flow field are designed.
