发热冒口套数学建模及其铸造过程温度数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为克服发热保温冒口套选取过程中工序繁琐、消耗时间长、成本高等缺点,本文对比了发热保温冒口套燃烧现象与自蔓延高温合成现象的异同,通过分析以Al-Fe203铝热剂作为发热剂的发热保温冒口套的燃烧机理,提出了该类型发热保温冒口套的燃烧模型,对传热、产热以及质量扩散采用不同的时间步长进行计算,在保证精度的情况下减少计算量的技术。对复杂铸件进行模拟并分析模拟结果,结果表明模型能够较为准确的反映发热保温冒口套条件下铸件凝固过程中的温度场变化,为进一步预测显示铸件凝固缺陷提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the shortcomings of the process of the heat and insulating riser sleeve selection,such as cumbersome process,long time consuming and high cost,etc,this paper compared the similarities and differences between the combustion phenomenon of the heat and insulating riser and the phenomenon of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis.By analyzing the combustion mechanism of the heat-insulating riser sleeve using Al-Fe2O3 aluminum heat agent as the heat-generating agent,this paper proposed the combustion model of this type of heat-insulating riser sleeve,anduse different time steps to calculate heat transfer,heat generation and mass diffusion to reduce the amount of calculations while ensuring accuracy.This paper simulated the complex casting and analyzed the simulation results.It was proved that the model can accurately reflect the temperature field changes during the solidification of the casting under the condition of heating and insulating riser sleeves,and provided a theoretical basis for further predicting the casting solidification defects.
