树脂砂试样尺寸对高温性能检测的影响

【摘要】 与无机粘结剂砂相比,树脂砂具有生产效率高、劳动强度低,铸件尺寸精度高、砂型(芯)溃散性好和旧砂再生回用率高等一系列独特优点,其高温性能检测对铸造研究者有着极大的帮助。采用何种形状的试样、试样的大小对树脂砂高温性能检测有着较大的影响,然而目前国内外研究者对树脂砂高温性能检测用试样尺寸尚未达成统一意见。因此本文针对树脂砂试样形状及大小对性能检测结果的影响进行研究,旨在找出合适的树脂砂高温性能检测用试样。经试验得出结论,酚醛树脂覆膜砂采用外径20mm,内径5mm的试样比较合适,自硬呋喃树脂砂采用直径12mm的试样最为合适。
【Abstract】 Compared with inorganic binder sand,resin-bonded sand has a series of unique advantages,such as high production efficiency,low labor intensity;high dimensional precision of castings,easy collapsibility of casting mold(core),and high efficient of used sand reclamation.The testing of its high temperature performance is of great help to casting researchers.The size and shape of the sample used have a great influence on the testing of resin sand properties.However,researchers at home and abroad have not yet reached a consensus on the dimensions of samples for testing the high temperature performance of resin sand.Therefore,this paper aim at the influence of the shape and size of resin sand samples on high temperature performance testing in order to find out the suitable resin sand performance test samples.It was concluded from the experiment that the samples with an outer diameter of 20 mm and an inner diameter of 5 mm were suitable for phenolic resin coated sand,while the samples with a diameter of 12 mm were the most suitable for self-hardening furan resin sand.
