新能源汽车氢燃料制取技术及其应用
Preparation Technology of Hydrogen Fuel and Its Application for Fuel Cell Vehicles

【摘要】 氢能源汽车ò?高纯度?a???a主要原料£??-è?á?μ?3?发电£?再以电机驱动车辆行驶,具有清洁无污染、噪音小、续航能力强等优点,是世界各国汽车工业大力发展的重要方向。氢能源汽车所需氢燃料的制取包括工业制氢和氢气提纯两个重要环节。本报告首先介绍了工业制氢和氢气提纯的各种技术,提出了利用工业副产氢作为廉价氢源、膜分离法进行氢气回收和提纯,低成本制取氢燃料的新途径。目前的膜分离法需要使用贵金属Pd作为滤氢金属膜材料。本报告系统介绍了哈尔滨工业大学先进材料特种凝固加工研究所基于多尺度结构调控和氢传输优化,开发低成本、高性能新型Nb基滤氢膜材料的基本原理和过程。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are one kind of promising new-energy vehicles,which becomes the trend of development of global vehicle industry.The fuel cell vehicles take high-purity hydrogen gas as the main fuel,use fuel cell to generate electricity,and use electrical machinery for travel drive.They are featured to generate non-pollution products,low noise and high driving endurance.The preparation of hydrogen fuel for fuel cell vehicles includes the most important two steps of hydrogen production and hydrogen purification.This report firstly introduces various technologies of hydrogen production and hydrogen purification.A new and cost-effective approach is put forward to produce hydrogen fuel for fuel cell vehicles by recycling hydrogen from industrial by-product gas using a membrane separation technology.Precious metal of Pd is commonly used membrane material for the separation and purification of hydrogen gas.This report introduces the recent progress in ISPAM of HIT in development of the low-cost Nb-based alloy membranes for hydrogen separation and purification.A high hydrogen permeability and large resistance against hydrogen embrittlement are achieved by multi-scale structural modulation and hydrogen transport optimization for Nb-based alloy membranes.Finally,the applications of the Nb-based alloy membranes and their devices in the production of hydrogen fuel are introduced,supported by the project of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.These are mainly involved in the separation and purification of hydrogen gas from ammonia and chlor-alkali by-product gas.
