浇注参数对Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金铸锭宏观偏析的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同浇注温度下重力铸造Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金铸锭中Sn的宏观偏析,研究结论表明:浇注温度降低,铸锭反偏析程度得到有效抑制,铸锭最佳浇注温度约1260℃;浇注温度对金属型铸锭宏观偏析影响程度比砂型铸锭轻微;在浇注温度为1250℃时,金属型铸锭模具温度变化时,在铸锭不同部位Sn含量相对平均值的偏析比出现较大波动,当模具温度在200℃时,Sn含量相对平均值的偏析比波动最小,铸锭成分最为均匀。
【Abstract】 The results show that the pouring temperature is reduced and the degree of reverse segregation of the ingot is effectively inhibited. The optimum pouring temperature of the ingot is about 1260 ℃. The effect of pouring temperature on the macroscopic segregation of permanent mold casting ingots is slightly less than that of sand mold casting ingots. At a casting temperature of 1250℃, permanent ingot mold temperature changes, the segregation ratio of the Sn content relative to the average value of the different parts of the ingot appears to fluctuate greatly, when the mold temperature at 200 ℃, Sn content relative to the average segregation ratio of the smallest fluctuations, the ingot composition is the most uniform.
