【Abstract】 In this paper, according to the structure and material characteristics of the axle housing casting, the characteristics of the sand-faced metal mould casting for the axle housing are introduced, and the rationality of the process design is improved by simulation analysis. The key production processes such as molding, core making and smelting are discussed in detail. The castings with higher quality are obtained. Finally, the mechanized production line of sand-faced metal mould casting suitable for axle housing casting technology is introduced.更多还原
