采用铁型覆砂铸造技术生产桥壳铸件

【摘要】 本文根据桥壳铸件的结构及材质特征,介绍了桥壳铸件铁型覆砂铸造工艺的特点,并通过模拟分析来提高工艺设计的合理性。详细论述了造型、制芯、熔炼等关键生产工序,最终得到较高质量的铸件产品。最后,介绍了适合桥壳铸造工艺特点的铁型覆砂机械化生产线。
【Abstract】 In this paper, according to the structure and material characteristics of the axle housing casting, the characteristics of the sand-faced metal mould casting for the axle housing are introduced, and the rationality of the process design is improved by simulation analysis. The key production processes such as molding, core making and smelting are discussed in detail. The castings with higher quality are obtained. Finally, the mechanized production line of sand-faced metal mould casting suitable for axle housing casting technology is introduced.
