蠕墨铸铁生产质量调控系统的开发及实践

【摘要】 众所周知,影响蠕墨铸铁蠕化率的因素非常多,因此,如何控制批量生产蠕墨铸铁性能的稳定性是一个关键技术问题。本文研究了影响蠕墨铸铁蠕化率的因素及其热分析凝固曲线的变化规律。基于热分析原理,开发了预测蠕墨铸铁碳硅含量、蠕化率和抗拉强度的软件和硬件,集成了蠕墨铸铁件生产在线智能操控系统,为批量生产稳定蠕墨铸铁性能提供了一种可靠的关键技术装备。

【Abstract】 It is well known that the factor of effect on vermicularity of compacted graphite iron is a great many. Therefore, how to control the stability of property of compacted graphite iron is a key technology. This paper discussed the factors of influence on vermicularity of compacted graphite iron and the change rules of its thermal analysis curve. Based on the principle of thermal analysis, the software and hardware were developed for prediction of content of carbon and silicon, vermicularity and tensile strength of compacted graphite iron. The system of intelligent measure and control for production of compacted graphite iron on line was integrated. This system provided a reliable and technical equipment to ensure the property stability of compacted graphite iron on a large scale production.
