复杂铸造熔模、砂型与陶瓷芯粉床激光3D打印技术及应用

【摘要】 铸造常用于制造复杂金属零件,其熔模、砂型和陶瓷芯通常需要模具工艺完成,流程长,成本高,有些复杂结构甚至无法完成。本报告主要介绍铸造熔模、砂型和陶瓷芯粉床激光3D打印技术,包括材料特性、工艺影响、性能评测等内容。结果显示该技术可以实现复杂铸型的快速制造,性能满足铸造要求。
【Abstract】 Casting is usually used for manufacturing of complex metal parts. It usually need to make its wax patterns, sand moulds, and ceramic cores by die & mold technology, which has a long cycle and high cost. Especially, it is difficult to make some complex structures. This report mainly introduces the powder-bed laser 3 D process for manufacturing wax patterns, sand moulds, and ceramic cores. It includes the materials characteristics, process influences, and performance evaluations. The results show that this technology can manufacture the complex casting moulds rapidly, and the performances meet the requirements of casting.
