【摘要】 自孕育凝固技术是一种新型的凝固组织控制技术。采用自孕育法制备半固态浆料,工艺流程短、效率高、设备简单、适用性强,并且成本低廉,适于规模化、商业化生产。本文针对自孕育法的特点,从已做的部分工作为出发点,总结了各参数对自孕育凝固组织的影响规律,分析了各参数间的交互作用对自孕育凝固过程的影响,并探讨了需要解决的问题及后续研究方向。

【Abstract】 The technology of self-inoculation solidification is a novel technology for controlling of solidification microstructures. It is suitable for large-scaled and commercialized production by reasons of its advantages during preparation of semisolid slurry, such as short technological process, high efficiency, simple equipment, strong applicability, and low cost. This paper focused on the characteristics of self-inoculation method and parts of work that had been done, summarized the influence laws of various parameters on the casting microstructure of self-inoculation solidification, analyzed the interaction among the various parameters on the influence of self-inoculation process, and discussed the problems that need to be solved and the future research direction.
