铸铁件砂型铸造浇注系统设计常见误区及分析和对策

【摘要】 笔者分析了铸铁件砂型铸造浇注系统设计生产现场常见的误区,运用铸件形成理论和流体力学等基本理论进行分析,提出对策,达到提升质量的目的。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the common misunderstanding of the design of gating system of cast iron castings in the production site of sand casting was analyzed, based on the fundamental theories of casting formation principles and fluid mechanics. And the countermeasures were put forward, for ultimately improving the quality of cast iron castings.
