豆粕替代鱼粉对乌鳢生长性能、体成分组成、氨基酸含量和脂肪酸组成的影响

【摘要】 为减少乌鳢饲料鱼粉使用量以降低养殖成本,研究了豆粕替代饲料中不同比例的鱼粉对乌鳢的形体指标、基本体成分组成、氨基酸含量、脂肪酸组成的影响。用豆粕分别替代0%、10%、20%、30%、40%(分别为1-5组)的鱼粉配制出6种等氮等能的实验饲料,每组饲料设3个重复,实验周期14w。结果显示,体重最大的第二组,脏体比最小的为第5组,肝体比和肥满度最小的为第4组;全鱼水分为第3组最低,灰分为替代2组最低,脂肪为替代2组最高,蛋白质最高为3组最高;测定的17种氨基酸中,除第4组的蛋氨酸显著高于其他组的之外,剩余的氨基酸含量各组之间的差异不显著,各组的总氨基酸、必需氨基酸和呈味氨基酸差异也不显著;脂肪酸的组成结果显示,饱和脂肪酸的含量各组之间差异不显著,单不饱和脂肪酸比例为第2组最高,第4组最低,多不饱和脂肪酸比例和N6脂肪酸比例为第4组最高,第一组最低,N3多不饱和脂肪酸各组之间的差异不显著,N6/N3比例最佳的为第3组,显著优于其他各组。综上所述,我们认为第3组的替代量为最佳,也即是用20%的豆粕替代鱼粉,可以即降低饲料成本,又不影响乌鳢的生长及品质。

【Abstract】 The present study was performed to investigate the effects of partial fish meal replacement by soybean meal on growth performance,physical index,body composition of snakehead(Channa argus),and to find the suitable replacement proportion of fish meal by soybean meal in diets of snake head.The fish were randomly allocated to 5 groups(group 1 to five)with 3 replicates per group.The fish in the 5 groups were fed 5 extruded diets which were formulated by replacement 0,10%,20%,30% and 40% fish meal with soybean meal.The experiment lasted for 14 weeks.The results showed that the second group had the largest body weight and the fifth group had the smallest iscerasomatic index(VSI),and the fourth group had the smallest hepatosomatic index(HIS)and the condition factor(CF);group 3 had the lowest body moisture and highest body protein;and the group 2 had the lowest body ash and the highest body lipid.There were no significant differences among the 17 detected amino acid of the 5 groups except for the group 4 has the highest methionine contents which was significaetly higher than the remain groups.There were also no significant differences between the total arino acids,essential amino acids and umami amino acids contents of the 5 groups.The results of fatty acids composition showed that there was no significant differences among the saturated fatty acid ratio.The group 2 had the highest mono-unsaturated fatty acid ratio and the group 4 had the lowest.The group 4 had the highest poly-unsaturated ration and N6 fatty acid ration and the group 1 had the lowest.The ratio of N3 poly-unsaturated fatty acid had no significant differences among the 5 groups.The group 3 had the optimal N6/N3 ratio which was significantly higher than the remain groups.In conclusion,there are no harmful effects on growth performance,body composition and nutritional value of snake head when20% fish meal replacement by soybean meal in extruded diets under this experiment condition.
