【摘要】 简述了铝及铝合金镀前多元浸锌工艺的现状,针对舵机壳体铸造铝合金化学镀镍后,镀层起皮、结合力不良等问题,试验了铝及铝合金在不同浓度的浸锌溶液中获得的浸锌层,并用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪分别观察浸锌层的微观结构和合金成分,优化了浸锌溶液的成分和浓度,最终获得结晶细致,合金成分均衡,并与镀层结合力良好的浸锌层。更多还原

【Abstract】 Briefly described the present situation of leaching of multiple zine allog layers technology for aluminum and its alloys pre-plating.Aiming at the problems of coating blister and poor adhesion on rudder case of cast aluminum alloy after electroless nickel plating.The zincation coating on aluminum and its alloys obtained at different concentration of solution composition.Use scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer to observe the microstructure and composition of the zincation coating.The composition and concentration of zincation solution are optimized.Finally obtained the zincation solution with fine crystallization,balanced alloy composition and good adhesion with the plating.更多还原
