探讨Keap1/Nrf-2信号通路在胃癌发展和治疗中的作用

【摘要】 Keap1/Nrf-2作为氧化应激的信号通路,一直被认为是保护人体健康的信号通路。近年来,有研究发现Keap1、Nrf-2在胃癌中的表达明显增加,其中过度活化的Nrf-2通过激活下游因子,对于胃癌的细胞凋亡及新生血管形成起到重要作用,并且参与到化疗药物多药耐药的形成当中。本文对Keap1/Nrf-2信号通路基本结构与功能,及对胃癌的生物学行为及其多药耐药性的影响的研究进展作以下综述。
【Abstract】 The Keap1/Nrf-2,as a oxidative stress signaling pathway,has always been considered to protect human health.In recent years,studies have found that the expression of Keap1 and Nrf-2 increased significantly in gastric cancer,including excessive activation of downstream of the Nrf-2 by activating factor.It also play an important role in gastric cancer cell apoptosis.forming new blood vessels,and participating in the formation of chemotherapy drugs multi-resistant.The following review of this paper is about the research progress of the basic structure and function of the Keap1/Nrf-2 pathway,and its impact on biological behavior and multi-drug resistance in gastric cancer.
