机载相机设计及其电子稳像
Airborne Camera Design and Electronic Image Stabilization

【摘要】 针对飞行器搭载相机进行视频采集、存储和传输的记录需求,设计了一种基于海思SOC HI3516A的嵌入式机载相机,并基于Kalman滤波实现了一种电子稳像算法应用于稳定视频;首先,基于该SOC设计小型化低功耗的相机硬件系统;接着,基于嵌入式Linux平台和MPP媒体处理平台设计视频采集程序,通过多线程程序设计,使视频采集、视频稳像、视频编码、视频传输和视频存储五个任务有序执行,其中,视频编码采用H265硬件编码,码流数据存储到SD卡同时通过WIFI将码流以RTSP流媒体的形式发送到地面站,以实现本地视频存储和远程视频传输;该相机体积小,功耗低,算法处理时间短,能够很好地满足飞行器对视频记录的需求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of video acquisition, storage and transmission for the aircraft equipped with camera, an embedded airborne camera based on HISILICON SOC HI3516 A was designed, and an electronic image stabilization algorithm based on Kalman filter is applied to stabilize the video. Firstly, based on the SOC, a miniaturized low-power camera hardware system is designed; then, a video capture program is designed based on the embedded Linux platform and the MPP media processing platform, and the video capture, video stabilization, video encoding, video transmission and video storage are performed orderly through multi-threaded programming. In which video encoded uses H265 hardware encoder, the encoded stream data is stored to the SD card and sent to the ground station by WIFI in the form of RTSP streaming media to achieve local video storage and remote video transmission; the camera is small in size, low in power consumption, and short in algorithm processing time, which can well meet the requirements of the aircraft for video recording.
