聚硼硅氧烷改性EVA发泡材料吸声隔声性能研究

【摘要】 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)发泡材料具有耐腐蚀、耐低温、比强度高、可吸收冲击载荷、保温及隔声吸声性能优异等优点。通过向EVA内混入不同质量比的聚硼硅氧烷(PBDMS),采用模压发泡法制备EVA/PBDMS复合发泡材料,探究EVA/PBDMS复合发泡材料吸声隔声性能。结果表明:EVA软母料中添加不同质量比的PBDMS并没有改善吸声性能,但是吸声系数峰值发生左右偏移;纯EVA硬母料没有吸声系数峰,添加PBDMS使得EVA硬母料出现明显的吸声系数峰,并且添加不同质量分数PBDMS具有一定调控作用,使其在不同频率范围具有吸声效果;厚度为20mm的EVA/PBDMS复合材料吸声性能优于10mm复合材料。此外,在隔声性能方面,添加PBDMS使得EVA软母料第一共振频率向低频方向移动,当频率较高时,添加PBDMS对EVA软母料隔声性能影响较小;添加PBDMS使得EVA硬母料第一共振频率向低频方向移动,当频率大于3500Hz时,隔声量随PBDMS含量增加而增加,并且添加9%PBDMS隔声量最高;最后,我们制作10mm和20mm纯EVA和添加2.5%PBDMS的EVA复合材料发现,增加厚度可以提高隔声性能。

【Abstract】 Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) foaming material has many advantages, such as corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, high specific strength, absorbable impact load, heat preservation, and excellent sound absorption and sound absorption. Comparing to the existing materials, the Research on EVA foam material as the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials has certain new particular significance. In this paper, EVA/PBDMS composite foaming materials were prepared by molding foaming method with different mass ratios of polyborosiloxane(PBDMS). The influencing factors on the sound absorption and sound insulation performance of EVA/PBDMS composite foaming materials were investigated. It was found that 5% non-plasticized PBDMS in EVA hard masterbatch composites have the best sound absorption performance, while adding PBDMS with different mass ratios in the EVA soft masterbatch composites did not improve the suction performance, but the peak value of the sound absorption coefficient can be shifted left or right. The EVA/PBDMS composite with a thickness of 10 mm has no sound absorption effect at low frequency, but it is in a gentle upward trend. However, the EVA/PBDMS composite with a thickness of 20 mm has a remarkable sound absorption effect. Adding 2.5% plasticized PBDMS to EVA soft masterbatch or hard masterbatch has better sound insulation performance. Increasing thickness of EVA composites can improve the sound insulation performance no matter it is hard masterbatch or soft masterbatch.
