Docker技术在铸造CAE云平台中的应用

【摘要】 为解决铸造CAE软件的应用困境,业界使用云计算技术实现了铸造CAE软件的云化,本文将Docker技术应用于铸造CAE软件的云化中,实现了CAD绘图、网格剖分、有限元温度场计算、后处理以及数据转换过程Docker镜像的创建,之后使用Docker镜像构建出了基于Docker的分布式铸造CAE软件系统,保证了铸造CAE软件系统良好的敏捷性、扩展性和迁移性。并运用Docker集群管理和容器编排技术,保证了云平台铸造CAE软件系统高效性和模拟计算的多样性。本文以一典型铸件为例,验证了Docker技术在铸造CAE软件云化中的可行性。Docker技术因其独特的优势,对铸造CAE软件的云化具有巨大作用,对铸造CAE技术的推广使用,对CAE计算学科的发展都有着积极、明确的意义。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the application bottleneck of casting CAE software,the industry has used cloud computing technology to cloud the casting CAE software.This article applies Docker technology to the cloud of casting CAE software.The creation of Docker image of CAD drawing,meshing,temperature field calculation of finite element,post-processing and data conversion process are implemented,and then use Docker image to build a distributed casting CAE software system based on Docker to ensure that the casting CAE software system has good agility,scalability and mobility.And use Docker cluster management and container layout technology to ensure the efficiency of cloud platform casting CAE software system and the diversity of simulation calculations.Taking a typical casting as an example,this paper verifies the feasibility of Docker technology in the cloud of casting CAE software.Docker technology has a huge impact on the cloudiness of casting CAE software due to its unique advantages.Docker technology promotes the use of casting CAE technology and has a positive and definite meaning for the development of CAE computing discipline.
