宠物犬布鲁氏菌的分离与16SrDNA序列鉴定

【摘要】 从某疑似感染布鲁氏菌宠物犬全血中分离到一株细菌,对其进行纯化培养、染色镜检,PCR扩增其16SrDNA基因片段,将扩增的产物纯化后测序,用NCBI软件对测序结果进行同源性检索,结果显示其与布鲁氏菌同源性达到100‰应用DNAStar软件进行16S rDNA序列相似性分析,结果分离菌株与布鲁氏菌16S rDNA核苷酸序列相似性达到了99.4%,表明分离菌株为布鲁氏菌。而分离菌株是犬型还是牛、羊型布鲁氏菌还需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 A strain of bacteria was isolated from the whole blood of a suspected Brucella pet dog,purified,stained and microscopically examined,and the 16 SrDNA gene fragment was amplified by PCR.The amplified product was purified and sequenced,and the NCBI software was used.The results showed that its homology with Brucella reached 100%.16 S rDNA sequence similarity analysis was performed using DNAStar software.The nucleotide sequence similarity between the isolated strain and Brucella 16 S rDNA reached 99.4%,indicating that the isolated strain was Brucella.Whether the isolated strain is B.canis or B.bovis is further studied.更多还原
