【摘要】 以青海互助北山林场羊肚菌为试材,采用不同碳源、氮源、生长因子、碳氮比等单因子试验,并在此基础上进行正交实验,研究了人工栽培羊肚菌的最优条件。结果表明:青海互助北山林场羊肚菌在以可溶性淀粉、硝酸钾为碳氮源,且碳氮比为25:1,温度22℃,PH7,湿度为60%,且光照条件为黑暗时,羊肚菌生长最快,且质量最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morchella vulgaris form Beishan forest in Huzhu of Qinghai Province was used as material.Single factor experiments for different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,growth factors and carbon and nitrogen ratio,and the orthogonal test were carried out in order to obtain the optimum medium.The results showed that the best condition for Morchella vulgaris was as follows,in dark,temperature was 22 C,pH 7,humidity was 60%,soluble starch and KN03 were regarded as carbon source and nitrogen source with C/N=25:1,respectively.更多还原
