【摘要】 羊肚菌是一种拥有较高食药用价值和市场经济价值的食用菌。研究不同天然培养料对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响,对于优化羊肚菌培养条件,指导实际生产具有重要的意义。本研究探索不同培养料对黑脉羊肚菌菌丝的生长的影响,以不同梯度的5种培养料单因素作用于一株黑脉羊肚菌,研究其菌丝生长情况。以平板培养法,测量菌落生长长度,以多因素分析法分析不同添加量之间的显著关系,以得到菌丝生长的最佳配料和添加量。本研究中,羊肚菌菌丝均可在各培养基上生长,其中以添加10g/L木屑的培养基上长势最佳,添加100g/L松针的培养基上长势最缓慢,表现出明显的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morchella is a kind of fungi which has high medicinal value and economic value of edible.This study on the influence of different natural culture medium on growth of mycelium has great significance on discovering the optimization of culture conditions of Morchella and guiding actual production.The research studies on the effect of several natural culture materials on the growth of mycelium.There are different concentrations of five natural culture mediums effecting a strain of Morchella angusticeps Peck by single factor.The growth length of colony was measured by culturing Morchella mycelium in plate culture method.Multi factor analysis was used to analyze the relationship between different dosage of culture materials in order to obtain the best ingredients and adding amount.In this research,the mycelium grow on all from culture medium.Mycelial growth is the best on the culture medium which was added sawdust by the concentration of 10 g/L.Mycelial growth is slow on the culture medium which was added pine needles by the concentration of 100 g/L.更多还原
