烟草农艺性状和烟叶化学成分对不同碳氮比有机物料的响应
The Response of the Agronomy Traits and Chemical Component of Tobacco on the Different Organic Materials with Varied Carbon and Nitrogen Ratio

【摘要】 烤烟的碳氮代谢直接影响着烟叶化学组成和品质,土壤碳的大小决定着烤姻的碳氮代谢以及不同化学组成的协调水平。采用盆栽实验的方法,以玉米秸秆和芝麻饼肥为材料调节碳氮比,共设置了6个碳氮比水平(0,6,20,40,60,90),研究不同碳氮比的有机物料对烤烟生长发育和烟叶化学成分特征的影响。结果表明,土壤碳氮比过高(C/N=90)或过低(C/N=0,6)均能抑制烤烟农艺性状发育,减少了根茎叶干物质累积;而土壤碳氮比在20~40之间,可以提高烟叶叶面积(圆顶期达到600 m~2左右),有利于根茎叶干物质累积(圆顶期叶片干重达到8.0~95 m~2)。碳氮比过高处理(C/N=90)阻碍了烤烟叶片对氮、磷的吸收,降低了中下部烟叶烟碱含量,但有利于烤烟中下部叶片钾的吸收和累积,最高达31.3g/kg,同时提高了钾/氯比。烤烟总糖和还原糖含量随土壤碳氮比增加而增加,淀粉含量则呈现相反趋势。由此得出,土壤碳氮比在20~40之间时,有利于烤烟农艺性状的发育,同时促进碳氮代谢的协调发展,有利于烤烟主要化学组分的合理分配。
【Abstract】 The carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) metabolize of tobacco directly affect its chemical component and quality.And the soil C and N ratio(C/N)is the major factor to the C and N metabolize of tobacco and its chemical component allocation.In this study,six C/N ratio treatments were set:0,6,20,40,60,90,the C/N ratio in all of these treatments adjusted by the maize straw and sesame manure.We tried to explore the effect of varied C/N ratio on the agronomy traits and chemical component of tobacco by the pot experiment.The results were showed,the agronomy traits were retarded,and the dry matter of tobacco roots,stem,and leaves were decreased under the treatments with C/N=90 and 0.While under the treatment with C/N=20 and 40,the tobacco leaf area and unit leaf weight was increased,approximately 600 m~2,results in the dry matter of tobacco roots,stems,and leaves in the relevant treatments(i.e.the dry matter of tobacco leaf was around 80~95 m~2).For the chemical component,under C/N=90,the N and phosphorus(P) absorption of tobacco leaf was restrained,and the content of nicotine in the tobacco leaf at middle and bottom part decreased,while the potassium(K) content increased as the maximum 31.3 g/kg,which caused K/Cl ratio increasing.The content of total sugar and reduce sugar of tobacco increased with C/N ratio increased.Generally,under C/N ratio ranged from 20 to 40,it is better for the tobacco agronomy trait,the C,N metabolize,and the chemical component allocation.
