基于全国联网联控平台大数据的车辆主动安全预警应用研究

【摘要】 车辆主动安全技术利用智能车载装置对行车风险进行预警,达到避免或减少交通事故的发生、降低人员伤亡和财产损失的目的。当前主动安全技术集中于利用各类传感器感知行车环境进行短邻预警,鲜有利用已有的平台端车辆大数据进行在线预警的,本文基于全国联网联控平台的车辆定位和轨迹信息,研究道路和动态车辆风险评估策略,将车辆在线预警技术应用到车载安全系统中,进一步提高道路交通安全性。

【Abstract】 The technology of vehicle active safety warning makes use of intelligent onboard devices to sense the operating risk and warn the drivers for the purpose of decreasing traffic accidents,reducing casualties and protecting property.Nowadays,the applications of the technology of active safety concentrates on the way of warning vehicles in short range through sensing the driving environment by all sorts of intelligent sensors.However,the on-line warning strategies based on the big data of existed platforms are ignored.In this paper,the risk level evaluating scheme is studied based on the real time positions and track of commercial operating vehicles.Together with the short range warning scheme,the on-line warning technology applied to the intelligent vehicle-mounted system could improve the traffic safety further
