大孔树脂分离浓缩正山小种茶香精

【摘要】 正山小种红茶产自福建省北部的武夷山,具有香气浓郁,滋味丰富等特点,被誉为茶中珍品,红茶之鼻祖。本文以正山小种茶叶为原料,以一定料液比沸水浸提,茶汤减压旋蒸得到茶香气水,通过大孔树脂分离技术浓缩正山小种红茶的挥发性香气成分制备红茶精油,并确定茶香气最高浓缩倍数。实验结果表明:静态吸附法筛选出大孔树脂LX-8吸附效果为最好。动态吸附装柱体积5 mL,径高比1:4.7,一定上样流速上样一定体积的茶香气水后,以去离子水冲洗柱床,无水乙醇洗脱分管收集,茶香精最高浓缩倍数可以达到300倍左右。大孔树脂分离浓缩正山小种茶香精条件温和,绿色健康,具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Lapsang souchong tea is produced in Wuyi Mountain in the north of Fujian Province.It has characteristics of rich aroma and flavor,which is known as treasure in tea and the originator of black tea.In this paper,lapsang souchong is used as raw material,it was extracted by boiling water,and then the extract was steamed for its aroma.The volatile aroma components of Lapsang souchong tea were further concentrated by chromatography using macroporous resin.The results show that the adsorption of macroporous resin LX-8 is the best when using static adsorption method.Dynamic adsorption packed column volume 5 mL,diameter to height ratio 1:4.7,a certain volume of tea aroma water after a certain loading rate,rinse the column bed with deionized water,5 BV absolute ethanol elution,the highest concentration of tea aroma can reach about 300 times.Using macroporous resin to concentrate Lapsang souchong tea flavor is mild and sustainable method,which has a good application prospect.
