【摘要】 随着现代社会生活节奏的加快,互联网的迅速发展,外卖品种丰富多样、方便快捷,深受消费者的青睐。而随着越来越多的外卖O2O平台的出现,食品安全问题也屡见不鲜。当前,外卖食品原料选购、贮藏、烹调、配送安全,以及易因寄生虫污染或感染致病性细菌而导致严重的食物中毒事故和食源性疾病,都成为该行业健康发展的掣肘。此外,还有外卖O2O平台资质审查机制薄弱,外卖食品经营形式复杂,食品卫生监管难度较大等问题。针对外卖O2O平台上的食品安全问题,本文从政府、外卖O2O平台及平台入驻商户之间的经济活动出发,综合运用博弈论等相关知识对O2O平台上的外卖食品发展现状及监管情况开展研究,进而建议通过政府主导,外卖O2O平台自身约束,以及社会公众力量等共同作用来提高外卖O2O平台的食品安全监管成效,同时提出了完善相关法律法规,健全外卖O2O平台准入制度,升级监管部门的检测设备,加强食品监管部门的执法力度等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerating pace of modern society as well as the significant improvement of the Internet,take-away food is highly favored by consumers because of its variety,convenience and speed.Meanwhile,an increasing number of food safety problems are more associated with jumbled-up takeaway O2O platforms.Accurately,a range of hygienic factors including uncertain food resources,terrible food storage,nonstandard cooking,insecure delivery and ubiquitous parasite and bacteria handicap further development of such takeaway food industry.In addition,there are many problems,for example,insufficient supervision in terms of O2O platforms qualification,the diversity of food retails,and the loophole in food detection.Considering the issue of food safety on the O2O platforms,this essay is aim to do the research with game theory,relying on economic activities which are engaged by government,third-party take-away O2O platforms and merchants.After analyzing developing situation of takeaway O2O platforms and supervisory system,related suggestions can be reached,such as enacting relevant laws and regulations,improving the market access of online take-away O2O platforms,upgrading equipment at regulatory organizations and strengthening enforcement of food regulatory authorities.更多还原
