【摘要】 目的了解梅毒螺旋体特异性Ig M抗体、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体凝集颗粒试验(TPPA)在不同分期梅毒患者的检测意义。方法采用蛋白印迹法(WB)检测梅毒特异性抗体Ig M、TRUST和TPPA等3种方法,对110例各期(一期、二期、隐性等)梅毒患者进行检测分析。结果检测的110例梅毒患者,其中一期梅毒患者Ig M抗体、TRUST和TPPA的阳性率分别为63.64%(28/44)、36.36%(16/44)和61.36%(27/44);二期梅毒患者Ig M抗体、TRUST和TPPA的阳性率分别为57.89%(11/19)、100%(19/19)和100%(19/19);隐性梅毒患者IgM抗体、TRUST和TPPA的阳性率分别为19.15%(9/47)、85.11%(40/47)和97.87%(46/47)。结论梅毒螺旋体特异性Ig M抗体、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验和梅毒螺旋体凝集颗粒试验在各期梅毒患者检测中各有优势和不足,多种方法联合检测对梅毒的诊断提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the detection significance of treponema pallidum specific IgM antibody,toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST),and treponema pallidum particle agglutination test(TPPA) in patients with different stages of syphilis.Methods Blood samples from 110 cases of syphilitic patients at different stages(phase I,phase Ⅱ,recessive,etc.) were collected.Western blot method(WB) was used to detect syphilitic specific antibody IgM,TRUST and TPPA.Results The positive rates of IgM antibody,TRUST and TPPA in 110 syphilis patients were 63.64%(28/44),36.36%(16/44) and 61.36%(27/44),respectively.The positive rates of IgM,TRUST and TPPA in patients with secondary syphilis were 57.89%(11/19),100%(19/19) and 100%(19/19),respectively.The positive rates of IgM antibody,TRUST and TPPA in patients with latent syphilis were 19.15%(9/47),85.11%(40/47) and 97.87%(46/47),respectively.Conclusion The tests of treponema pallidum specific IgM antibody,TRUST and TPPA have their own advantages and disadvantages in the detection of patients with various stages of syphilis.Multiple methods should be combined for detection of syphilis to provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis.更多还原
