430BA板“砂金”缺陷分析

【摘要】 对带钢表面"砂金"缺陷进行表面形貌观察和成分分析以及金相观察,结合不同厂家产品对比分析,造成430BA表面砂金缺陷的主要原因是430酸洗表面存在的较大的抛丸凹坑与晶界腐蚀沟槽。主要控制措施有优化罩式退火炉温度、降低抛丸速度、提高抛丸流量、使用外形圆滑的丸粒、降低硫酸酸洗的浓度与温度、降低混酸段的HF浓度、控制酸洗板表面粗糙度。在采取上述技术措施后,砂金缺陷发生率显著下降。
【Abstract】 The surface morphology observation, composition analysis and metallographic observation of the "gold" defect on the surface of the strip are made. The main cause of the gold defect on 430 BA surface is the larger shot pits and the grain boundary corrosion grooves on the surface of the 430 pickling surface. The main control measures are to optimize the temperature of the bell type annealing furnace, reduce the pellet speed,improve the pellet flow rate, use the smooth pellets, reduce the concentration and temperature of acid pickling,reduce the HF concentration of the mixed acid section, and control the surface roughness of the pickling plate. In adopting the above technical measures, significantly decrease the incidence of gold dust defects.
