工业生产中S含量波动对DH36船板钢性能的影响

【摘要】 DH36船板钢是目前我国使用较为广泛的高强度船板结构用钢,实际生产过程中S含量范围为20ppm-220 ppm,国内行业标准对S含量范围的要求较宽为小于220 ppm,本论文针对如此宽的S含量范围,研究了S含量变化对船板钢机械性能的影响。发现低硫含量时,随着碳含量在正常范围的波动,冲击功、屈服强度、抗拉强度及断面收缩率各机械性能的最大值与最小值的差值均不大,稳定性也较好;但高硫含量时,同样的碳含量波动引起这些力学性能明显发散,而且随着碳含量波动的增大,发散尤为严重。DH36船板钢中当w(S)≤40ppm时,船板钢的各力学性能在CL线附近小范围波动,具有良好的稳定性,对于C、Si、Mn、P、Alt等其他元素波动不再敏感。控制S含量在40 ppm附近可以极大的提高船板钢的稳定性。

【Abstract】 DH36 steel plate steel is currently used in China’s more extensive high-strength plate structure steel, the actual production process S content range of 20 ppm-220 ppm, the domestic industry standards for S content range requirements are less than 220 ppm, this Based on such a wide range of S content, the paper studied the effect of S content change on the mechanical properties of shipboard steel. When the content of low sulfur is found, with the fluctuation of carbon content in the normal range, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the mechanical properties of the impact energy, the yield strength, the tensile strength and the reduction of area is not large, and the stability is also good. However, when the sulfur content is high, the same carbon content fluctuations cause these mechanical properties to diverge significantly, and the divergence is particularly serious as the carbon content fluctuates. When w(S) ≤ 40 ppm in DH36 shipboard steel,the mechanical properties of the shipboard steel fluctuate in a small range near the CL line, and it has good stability. It does not fluctuate for other elements such as C,Si,Mn,P,and Alt. Resensitized. Control S content around 40 ppm can greatly improve the stability of shipboard steel.
