导电结晶器电渣重熔对铸锭凝固质量影响研究
Effect of Electroslag Remelting with Current Carrying Mould on Ingot Solidification

【摘要】 本文进行了抽锭式单电源单回路电渣重熔和单电源双回路电渣重熔冶炼GCr15钢凝固质量的实验研究,通过对两种不同工艺冶炼铸锭的金属熔池形状、低倍组织和力学性能的对比和分析,阐明了两种工艺对铸锭凝固质量的影响。研究结果表明,采用单电源双回路电渣重熔新工艺后金属熔池更加趋于浅平,铸锭偏析程度降低,力学性能得到很大的而改善,铸锭的凝固质量明显提高。
【Abstract】 Influence of current carrying mould on ingot solidification quality of GCr15 bearing steel was investigated through shape of molten steel pool, macrostructure and mechanical properties test. By comparison, it is found that the molten metal pool is shallower, the segregation of ingot is reduced and the mechanical properties are greatly for ESR with current mould process(ESR-STCCM). Therefore, the solidification quality of remelting ingot is obviously improved by ESR-STCCM
