钢包长水口吹氩长水口结构对气泡大小分布影响

【摘要】 通过冷态试验,研究了钢包长水口吹氩直筒扩张型(S1、S3)和直筒型(S2)结构的长水口对气泡大小及分布的影响,结果表明,当水流量为2.4m3/h时,直筒型长水口S2形成的气泡较小,大部分的气泡直径在0.1~0.2mm范围,直筒扩张型长水口S1得到的气泡较大,气泡直径主要分布在0.5~1.0mm之间,而直筒扩张型长水口S3的气泡直径介于长水口S1和S2之间,大部分气泡直径分布在0.1~1.0mm之间,长水口S2对容器中的液体和液面搅动较大。在小的水流量下,长水口S1和S2的平均气泡直径相差较大,随水流量增加,差别逐渐缩小,当水流量增加到3.0m3/h时,这两种长水口得到的平均气泡直径很接近。
【Abstract】 Influence of long shroud structure on bubble size and it distribution in Ar injection through long shrouds with cylinder-divergence type(S1, S3) and cylinder type(S2) was investigated by means of clod experiment. It was found from the results that smaller bubbles can be obtained with the shroud S2 and the diameter of most bubbles is between 0.1 ~0.2 mm at 2.4 m3/h water flowrate. The bubbles obtained from the cylinder-divergence type shroud S1 are larger and their diameter is mainly distributed between 0.5-1.0 mm, while the diameter of bubbles obtained with the cylinder-divergence type shroud S3 is between those from the shrouds S1 and S2, being 0.1 ~1.0 mm. Shroud S2 has a strong stirring effect on the liquid and liquid level in the container. There is larger difference in the average diameter of bubbles between the shroud S1 and S2 at smaller water flowrate. Such difference becomes narrow with increase in water flowrate. The mean diameter of bubbles obtained from shroud S1 and S2 is very close at 3.0 m3/h water flowrate.
