抑制转炉前期溢渣现象的枪位研究

【摘要】 溢渣会造成大量的金属和热量损失,严重时甚至会导致喷溅,影响整个炼钢生产节奏,造成生产事故。研究发现,某厂转炉前期溢渣由多种因素共同决定,但最主要的因素是前期氧枪枪位控制不当。本文通过对前期溢渣现象进行分析,结合现场实际操作,并利用CO回收曲线及转炉终渣成分来评估实际操作枪位的优劣性,最终提出合理的枪位操作模式来降低前期溢渣几率。经改进后,前期溢渣比例大幅下降,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Slag overflow will cause a lot of metal and heat losing, even it will affect the whole steelmaking rhythm and cause production accidents. The pre-BOF slag overflow is determined by many factors, but the most important factor is the lance height. In this paper, through the analysis of the dynamic conditions of the overflowing slag and the actual operation situation of the field, the existing lance position is judged whether it is the best one, and the CO recovery curve as well as XRF are used to test the final slag conditions. Finally, a more reasonable lance height is put forward to reduce the probability of pre-BOF slag overflow. After improvement,the proportion of pre-BOF slag overflow in a factory has been greatly reduced, and the factory achieved good profits.
