无取向硅钢中的织构特点和控制方法

【摘要】 成分(含纯净度)、晶粒尺寸和织构是影响无取向硅钢磁性能的三个主要因素,其中织构的控制水平要低于其他两个因素,但织构的影响程度应该是最大的,且现有的织构表征准确度尚存在一定问题。本文通过对若干商用无取向硅钢成品板(含有相变的中低牌号和无相变的高牌号)中织构的检测,分析现有企业控制织构的现状和可能优化的途径,特别是通过现有经验公式定量确定织构优化途径和磁性能提高幅度的关系。

【Abstract】 The composition(including purity), the grain size and the texture are the three main factors affecting the magnetic properties of the non-oriented silicon steel. The control level of the texture is lower than the other two factors. But the influence degree of the texture should be the biggest. There are some problems in the accuracy of the existing texture characterization. In this paper, the current situation and possible optimization methods of the existing enterprise control texture were analyzed by means of the detection of the texture of a number of commercial non-oriented silicon steel finished plates( containing the phase change of medium and low grade silicon steel and no phase change of high grade silicon steel). In particular, the relationship between the method of texture optimization and the amplitude of magnetism was determined by the existing empirical formula.
