取向硅钢极薄带制备工艺的研究
Investigation of Trial Manufacture Process for Ultra-thin Grain-oriented Silicon Steel Strips

【摘要】 利用高磁感取向硅钢成品制备极薄带,900℃×30min退火工艺的成品磁感明显优于1100℃×30min退火工艺,两种退火工艺试样各频率下(1K及以下)的损耗值则有一定的交叉。为探究其原因,对试样的组织和织构进行了分析,结果发现:在完成900℃×30min的退火后,随着冷轧压下率的提高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,随着退火温度提高,经1100℃×30min的退火后,晶粒尺寸进一步长大、粗化;随着冷轧压下率或退火温度的提高,晶粒尺寸长大、粗化,织构演变的"遗传"效应逐步消失,Coss织构比例降低,极薄带成品的取向度降低,磁感值下降。组织和织构两因素导致两种退火工艺试样的性能差异。
【Abstract】 Using high permeability product for ultra-thin grain-oriented silicon steel strips, the final product permeability of 900℃×30 min was obviously better than that of 1100℃×30 min anneal process, but different frequency core loss( ≤ IK) of two processes overlapped. For the reason, structure and texture of samples was investigated. And the results showed that grain sizes increase along with the raise of cold rolling reduction rate after 900℃×30 min anneal, as well as grains grow up further after 1100℃×30 min anneal. Besides, in pace with the raise of cold rolling reduction rate or anneal temperature, grains grew up, texture inheritance evolution law disappeared gradually, Coss texture proportion fell, leading to lower orientation and permeability of ultra-thin grain-oriented silicon steel strips. In general, the differences of structure and texture resulted in different magnetic properties of two anneal processes.
