碳纳米点的电化学方法制备及性能调控

【摘要】 碳纳米点作为一种发光材料由于其稳定低毒,环境友好以及其他一些独特的性质越来越受到研究者的关注。在碳纳米点的制备方法中,电化学方法具有制备条件温和,简单易行无须进一步修饰即可发光等特点。本课题组利用电化学氧化法在不同酸碱性支持电解质下刻蚀碳纤维制备荧光碳纳米点,并对其发光特性进行了研究。结果表明,在碱性支持电解质中用电化学氧化法合成的碳纳米点发光波长较在酸性支持电解质中得到的碳纳米点明显红移。通过XPS和FTIR进行一系列表征,我们发现碳纳米点表面的氧化程度和含氧官能团含量不同,由于碳纳米点表面的氧化态、含氧基团对碳纳米点的发光有显著的影响,因此,我们可以调节合成过程中支持电解质的酸碱程度实现对碳纳米点发光性能的调控。

【Abstract】 Carbon nanodots have attracted tremendous attention because of their unique properties such as low toxicity, excellent stability and good biocompatibility.Among the various methods for the preparation of carbon nanodots, the electrochemical method has advantages of low cost, easy manipulation, and fluorescence without further surface passivation.In this study, the fluorescent carbon nanodots were prepared by electrochemical etching of carbon fibers in different aqueous supporting electrolyte, and the luminescent properties of carbon nanodots were studied.The results show that the wavelength of the carbon nanodots synthesized by electrochemical oxidation in the alkaline electrolyte is red shift compared with that in the acidic electrolyte.Through the XPS and FTIR characterizations, it was found that the surface oxidation degree of carbon nanodots was different.Therefore, we have developed a controllable method to prepare luminescent C-dots in the synthesis process.
