AuPt合金纳米粒子/ZIF-8复合膜的制备及H2O2的高选择性检测
Encapsulation of AuPt alloy nanoparticles within ZIF-8 as hybrid thin film for highly selective detection of hydrogen peroxide

【摘要】 采用恒电位沉积法在玻碳电极表面沉积AuPt合金纳米粒子,利用巯基与Au之间的相互作用,通过巯基乙酸对AuPt合金纳米粒子表面进行改性,得到表面带有丰富羧基的AuPt纳米粒子,再采用层层自组装的方法使ZIF-8在其表面有序生长。将得到的AuPt合金纳米粒子/ZIF-8复合膜制备成过氧化氢传感器,由于里层AuPt合金为过氧化氢的还原提供活性位点而外层ZIF-8可起分子筛的作用,以及检测中采用了较低的工作电位(-0.2 V),使得其对过氧化氢的检测既有好的选择性又有高的灵敏度(如图1)。
【Abstract】 A novel AuPt alloy nanoparticles/ZIF-8 composite film was successfully prepared through a facile layer-by-layer approach.The AuPt alloy nanoparticles were prepared by electrodeposition strategy and the highly-oriented ZIF-8 thin films were then grown on thioglycollic acid-functionalized AuPt substrate.When the AuPt alloy nanoparticles/ZIF-8 hybrid thin film was used to construct a H2O2 sensor, it exhibited excellent selective catalytic activity, due to the relative low applied potential(-0.2 V), the catalysis of AuPt alloy nanoparticles and the selection of ZIF-8 molecular sieves.
