聚丙烯酰胺-植酸-聚多巴胺导电多孔水凝胶用于快速检测和去除铜离子

【摘要】 导电聚合物水凝胶因具有三维多孔微/纳米结构、良好的可扩展性、可调谐的电化学性能等特性,从而能够为固/液、生物/合成系统、软/硬材料等界面提供高效的电子传输。[1,2]因此,导电聚合物水凝胶被认为是制作医疗电极、生物电子器件、电化学传感器、超级电容器和锂电池的理想材料。本文研究了一种以多孔导电水凝胶为基底可以快速检测铜离子的电化学传感器。在温和条件下通过多种相互作用(丙烯酰胺自由基聚合、多巴胺发生聚耦合反应和氢键相互作用)制备了具有三维多孔结构的聚丙烯酰胺/植酸/聚多巴胺水凝胶(简称:PAAM/PA/PDA水凝胶)。PAAM/PA/PDA水凝胶不仅具有较大的比表面积能够有效增加分子/离子的固定量,而且具有良好的导电性。所制备的PAAM/PA/PDA水凝胶电化学铜离子传感器具有较低的检测极限(1 nmol L-1, S/N=3)和较宽的线性范围(1 nmol L-1~1μmol L-1)并能够应用于环境水样以及饮料中铜离子的监测。另外,PAAM/PA/PDA水凝胶还能够作为一种可再生的吸附材料用于清除水样中金属离子及有机染料。

【Abstract】 The conducting polymer-based hydrogels have several advantageous features including 3 D porous micro/nanostructure, scalable processability and tunable electrochemical performance, which provide an excellent interface between the electronic-transporting phase(electrode) and the ionic-transporting phase(electrolyte), between the biological and synthetic systems, as well as between the soft and hard materials.[1,2] Consequently, conducting polymer-based hydrogels have already become ideal candidates for medical electrodes, molecular and bioelectronics, electrochemical sensor, supercapacitors and lithium batteries.Here, a conducting porous polymer hydrogel-based electrochemical sensor has been developed for rapid detection of copper(Ⅱ) ions(Cu2+).The polymer(termed as PAAM/PA/PDA) hydrogel is prepared through multi-interactions of the monomers dopamine(DA), acrylamide(AAM) and phytic acid(PA) under mild ambient conditions: the AAM polymerizes through free-radical polymerization, DA occurs poly coupling reaction, and PA crosslinks polydopamine(PDA) and polyacrylamide(PAAM) by hydrogen bonds.The three dimensional(3 D) network nanostructured PAAM/PA/PDA hydrogel not only provides a large surface area for increasing the amount of immobilized molecules/ions, but also exhibits a good conductivity.The PAAM/PA/PDA hydrogel-based electrochemical sensor exhibits a low detection limit(1 nmol L-1, S/N = 3) and wide linear range(from 1 nmol L-1 to 1 μmol L-1) for Cu2+detection in aqueous samples.Furthermore, the Cu2+can be sensitively detected by the electrochemical sensor in different sample matrices, indicating that the electrochemical sensor could be used to monitor Cu2+with reasonable assay performance in practical samples including environmental water and beverages.In addition, the facile synthesized PAAM/PA/PDA hydrogel provides a novel and regenerable platform for removing metallic ions and organic dyes in real samples.
