基于PDDA-Gr/PtNPs的电化学传感器痕量检测N-亚硝基二苯胺
Electrochemical sensor for facile detection of trace N-nitrosodiphenylamine based on PDDA-Gr/PtNPs

【摘要】 N-亚硝胺是一种潜在的有害污染物,已经被美国环境保护署(EPA)划分为可能的致癌和致突变物质。因此检测N-亚硝基二苯胺(NDPhA)具有重要意义。在本实验中,通过简单的湿化学方法合成了聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵功能化的石墨烯/铂纳米粒子(PDDA-Gr/PtNPs)杂化材料,并用UV-vis、FT-IR、XPS和TEM等表征方法证明材料被成功合成。这一新的纳米材料同时具有PDDA(良好的分散性)[1]和Gr/PtNPs的优越性能(大的比表面积、高的导电性和优越的催化能力)[2, 3],与裸电极和PDDA-Gr修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)相比,NDPhA的氧化峰电流在PDDA-Gr/PtNPs/GCE上显著增强。在最优条件下,NDPhA的峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-8-5.0×10-5mol L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.3×10-9mol L-1。此外,该传感器具有好的重现性、稳定性、抗干扰能力,并成功应用于实际样品的检测,得到了令人满意的结果。与其它检测NDPhA的方法相比,该方法具有操作简便、耗时短、成本低、选择性好、检出限低和线性范围宽的优点,且为环境中亚硝胺类污染物的检测提供了一种新思路。Fig.1A为PDDA-Gr/PtNPs的TEM图,B为10.0μM的NDPhA在裸电极(线a)、PDDA-Gr/GCE(线b)和PDDA-Gr/PtNPs/GCE上的循环伏安图。
【Abstract】 N-nitrosamines, as potentially hazardous pollutants, have been classified as probable carcinogenic and mutagenic substance by the US Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).So, the determination of NDPhA is of great significance.In this study, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) stabilized graphene/platinum nanoparticles(PDDA-Gr/PtNPs) were successfully synthesized by a simple wet-chemical strategy.The characterization using UV-vis, FT-IR, TEM and XPS revealed the successful synthesis of PDDA-Gr/PtNPs.The nanocomposite possesses the excellent properties of PDDA(enhance the dispersion of graphene) and Gr/PtNPs(large surface areas, high conductivity and excellent electrocatalytic activity).The oxidation peak current of NDPhA can be greatly enhanced at the PDDA-Gr/PtNPs modified glassy carbon electrode(PDDA-Gr/PtNPs/GCE) compared with the bare GCE and the PDDA-Gr/GCE.Under the optimum condition, the peak currents of NDPhA increased linearly with its concentrations in the range of 1.0×10-8-5.0×10-5 mol L-1.The detection limit is 3.3×10-9 mol L-1(S/N=3).In the meanwhile, the repeatability, stability, anti-interference ability and practical sample analysis of the sensor were studied with satisfactory results.Compared with other methods, this method has low detection limit, good stability, broad linear range, which shows great potential in the detection of trace amounts of nitrosamines compounds in environmental pollutants.Fig.1 A show the TEM image of PDDA-Gr/PtNPs and Fig.1 B shows the cyclic voltammograms(CVs) of 10.0 μM NDPhA at GCE(a), PDDA-Gr/GCE(b), PDDA-Gr/PtNPs/GCE(c) in 0.1 M phosphate buffer.
