红树角果木内生真菌次级代谢产物的研究

【摘要】 <正>研究红树林植物角果木茎部内生真菌Trichoderma viridesp.JJM22次级代谢产物。用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从该菌发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取相中分离获得6个次级代谢产物(图1)。运用现代波谱技术以及文献数据对照,鉴定其结构分别为
【Abstract】 The secondary metabolites of the medicinal mangrove endophytic fungus Trichoderma viride sp.JJM22 were firstly studied.Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation using silica gel column chromatography,preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of these compounds were identified as 1-(2,6-dihydroxyphenyl)butan-1-one(1),2,4-dihydroxy-5-methylacetophenone(2),diapporthin(3),helicascolide A(4),β-sitosterol(5) and β-sitostenone(6)(figure 1) by comprehensive spectroscopic characterizations and comparison with reported data.Compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from mangrove endophytic fungus for the first time.
