【摘要】 目的考察海带乙醇提取物对高血脂小鼠模型血脂水平的影响。方法将昆明小鼠随机分4组:空白组、模型组、低、高剂量海带提取物组。检测海带提取物对空白组、高血脂模型组小鼠甘油三脂、总胆固醇、高、低密度脂蛋白水平及高/低密度脂蛋白比值的影响。结果高、低剂量海带提取物组的低密度脂蛋白、高/低密度脂蛋白比值与模型组相差无几,对甘油三脂、总胆固醇两个指标也影响甚微。结论海带乙醇提取物无明显的降血脂作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Laminaria japonica extract on a mouse model of hyperlipoidemia.Method The Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,low and high dose kelp extract group.Level of triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in those mice were detected in the end of this experiment.Results There was no significant difference between model group and kelp extract groups.Conclusion Laminaria japonica extract can not help alleviate hyperlipoidemia in mice.更多还原
