磺酰磺隆分子印迹萃取头的制备及应用

【摘要】 以磺酰磺隆为模板分子,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,甲苯为致孔剂,封管热聚合后,以氟氢化铵溶液腐蚀除去玻璃毛细管,制备得到分子印迹萃取头。并成功地用于土壤中磺酰脲类除草剂的提取。对影响萃取的因素如萃取时间、萃取溶剂、解吸溶剂,盐浓度进行优化。与高效液相色谱联用,在最佳实验条件下,磺酰磺隆的线性范围为10-1100μg/L,检测限为0.70μg/L,土壤样品加标回收率为71.23-110.74%.

【Abstract】 A monolithic fiber of molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared by in situ polymerization within the capillary.It was carried out in 5 hours by thermal irradiation using sulfosulfuron as a template molecule,4-vinyl pyridine as a functional monomer,toluene as a porogenic solvent,ethylene dimethacrylate(EDMA) as a crosslinker.The fiber was obtained by removing the glass vial using NH4 HF2 solution.The MIP fiber was successfully used for the solid phase microextraction(SPME)procedure as sample pretreatment of sulfonylurea herbicides.The factors affecting the extraction of sulfosulfuron,such as extraction solvent,concentration of NaCl,extraction and desorption time were investigated in detail.It was also employed for the pretreatment of trace sulfosulfuron inthe soil followed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of sulfosulfuron was 10-1100μg/L,the detection limit(LOD) was 0.70μg/L and the recovery of spiked fish feed sample was 71.23~110.74%.
