我国普通人群胎盘中氯化石蜡的暴露水平及赋存特征的研究

【摘要】 由于氯化石蜡(CPs)的大量使用,导致其在许多环境介质中均有检出。然而,对于CPs在人体内暴露水平的研究却很匮乏。本文利用气相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱(GC-QTOF-HRMS)分析了我国54个普通居民的胎盘样品,以评估我国普通人群胎盘中氯化石蜡的暴露水平以及单体赋存特征。结果表明,54个胎盘样品中短链氯化石蜡(ΣSCCPs)的检出率为100%,其浓度范围为:6.8-299.0 ng/g dw(98.5-3770.7ng/glw)。中链氯化石蜡(ΣMCCPs)的检出率为70.4%,其所检出样品的浓度范围为:<MDL-51.5 ng/g dw(16.3-954.0 ng/g lw)。SCCPs是以碳链长度为10-11的单体为主,以Cl6-7为主要的氯原子同族体,而MCCP的主要单体同系物是C15Cl7。相关性分析发现,胎盘中SCCPs的浓度与MCCPs的浓度间不存在相关性,且CPs各单体同系物的浓度与孕妇的年龄、体重及婴儿的体重没有显著相关性。

【Abstract】 Chlorinated paraffins have been found in various environmental matrices due to their high production volume and wide industrial applications.However,the date is very limited on CPs exposure level in human body.In this work,54 human placentas were analyzed by gas chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC-QTOF-HRMS) to assess the concentration and the congener group profile of CPs in placenta of general population.Short-chain CPs(SCCPs) were detected in all samples with the range of 6.8-299.0 ng/g dw(98.5-3770.7 ng/g lw).Medium-chain CPs(MCCPs) were detected in 70.4% samples with the range of <MDL-51.5 ng/g dw(16.3-954.0 ng/g lw).SCCPs with 6-7 chlorines predominated in human placentas and the most abundant MCCP congener groups were C15Cl7 in most samples.The Pearson correlation analysis indicated that there was no significantly linear relationship between SCCPs and MCCPs in placenta.
